It has been a very warming and safe environment to be part of. Kindness and respect on show throughout which shows how much simple things can make a massive difference to how tasks / teams can function

Varied topics and session for both personal and professional development and practical models to use. A lovely group to work with and didn't feel put on the spot but enough to maintain my focus.

The course has validated my existing learning and allowed me time to self reflect. I'd love to have this protected time each month to slow down and reset.

Loved this course! Loved the engagement and participation. No pressure, good communication between the entire group. Very interesting topics covered with lots of little tools to help manage workflow. The most important thing I learned was the importance of reflection on myself and my skills and beliefs. This has definitely improved my confidence and given me food for thought to take forward with me.

Really liked the break out rooms and time for discussion before returning and sharing .
