Very informative course delivered very well and adapted to everyone. The information was delivered in a fun way that kept everyone engaged with the course, Jack regularly read the room & adapted his approach accordingly. During a break on the course I have book more of my team onto this training. I feel this way of learning helps people take in more information and offers ways of effectively putting it into practice. Thank you.

Really enjoyed this training. Good energy. Good pace. Learned a lot to take back to my place of work.
Trainer Jack was absolutely amazing. He engaged with us well keeping us hooked rather than reading just off a board, actually asked our opinion and gave real world knowledge in order to help us understand.
Response: What fantastic feedback for Jack! We’re so pleased his interactive approach, real-world experience and genuine interest in everyone’s opinions made the training engaging and easy to understand. We’ll be delighted to pass your kind words on to him.
Jack is a great trainer, you could tell had a lot of theory knowledge but has also worked in fields where PBS is used. I feel like i understand more about pbs than i did previously despite working in roles where its used regularly. Would reccomend!
Response: It’s great to hear that Jack’s strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience brought PBS to life, helping deepen your understanding despite your own experience in the field. Thank you for the recommendation—we’ll be delighted to share your feedback with Jack.
