About this course
This 1-day course is all about understanding and learning how to embed Positive Behaviour Support strategies. It aims to develop an understanding of what PBS is and some of the strategies that can be used to deliver proactive support aimed at increasing quality of life. This course has been mapped to the PBS Competency Framework, Level 1 foundation. It is also CPD certified and currently seeking voluntary accredidtation through the PBS Skills for Care scheme.
What you will learn
Delegate attending this course will learn what the Positive Behaviour Support is. They will learn about the three key elements to PBS and what a PBS plan should contain. It will also offer practical advice and strategie for embedding PBS within services.
