It is very intense course, so maybe be useful to do small qiuzzes half way through, to get all to think what information they need to focus in on. Only a wee suggestion. But was very imformative.

Certainly, I've refreshed my knowledge and also gained new knowledge about CPD, APD and AED roles. Overall, a very good course for someone who wishes to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the quality aspect of decontamination of WD.

Materials (case studies/scenrios/presentation) all very well presented and well worded. My only negative would be that there were a couple of repeat slides that could have possibly been condensed. but this did not effect the impact or quality of the presentation or the information given.

Trainers were full of knowledge and gave good information and explained in detail anthing I was not sure of.

Keith was very knowledgable. very plesent and the content was relevant to my day to day routines. As a new memeber to my team it was great to gain the knowledge and a little insight to the machines that we use. I got a real benefit from the course. now its time to put my new found knowledge to practise. Thanks
