Keith and Hayley were great at accommodating different learning styles and pacing the learning to ensure we had time to reflect, and test our knowledge and leanings throughout. Both were extremely knowledgeable, and were able to share their experiences and insight to support our learning.

The course met my objectives - I now have a better understanding of the subject.

Certainly, I've refreshed my knowledge and also gained new knowledge about CPD, APD and AED roles. Overall, a very good course for someone who wishes to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the quality aspect of decontamination of WD.

As we were two engineers and two SSD staff I felt we would have benefitted more from the four days two on each subject as the course was condensed to three days to cover washer/disinfectors and porous load sterilizers. Saying that it was very informative and the presentation was good, the training was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and queries.

The course was Good, I found the Tutor difficult to follow at times but OK I unfortunately had a bereavement so had to miss the Steriliser side of the course, so very much need to do this asap now
