AS I WAS QUITE NERVOUS ABOUT THE COURSE I WAS MADE AT EASE BY THE TRAINER. TRAINER WAS QUITE INFORMATIVE AND EXCELLENT GIVING THE INFORMATION.

It is very intense course, so maybe be useful to do small qiuzzes half way through, to get all to think what information they need to focus in on. Only a wee suggestion. But was very imformative.

Materials (case studies/scenrios/presentation) all very well presented and well worded. My only negative would be that there were a couple of repeat slides that could have possibly been condensed. but this did not effect the impact or quality of the presentation or the information given.
