It enlightened me, as I never knew what the engineer did each week. The only problem is we have new machines that we are still getting used to & have no back up IMS, to help qualify the results we are recording. The trainer did a great job.
Just commiting on the Washer disinfectors weekly Testing training. For me it is a lot of information to take in but that is because I am not that familiar with WDs. (Thats down to my dept). However, with support of our engineer as well, I should be able to learn how to run theses test.
traner very helpful checks to make sure you understand what is being explaned alround nice guy and verry helpful
fast but informative course, with alot to take in but was presented well and all questions were answered so that all could be understood
Was expecting the course to reflect the content of the HTM more than was. There seems to be much more to be aware. Would have liked more opportunity to expand on certain areas of the content, considering the legality of carrying out weekly / quarterly tests. Overall, the course content was completely new to me. Have enjoyed it, and will enjoy being part of the team here at NSECH in maintaining the operation of WDs.
Luke was very attentive and made the course environment easy going and enjoyable whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism
