The instructor was very knowledgeable and explained the topics clearly. He also made the sessions enjoyable with his sense of humour, which helped us understand the material better.

Alfred was Top Notch in presenting and clarifying questions in the course.

Really good course, theory was easy to follow and didn't feel overloaded with information. A good amount of time was spent on the machine. Good course.

It enlightened me, as I never knew what the engineer did each week. The only problem is we have new machines that we are still getting used to & have no back up IMS, to help qualify the results we are recording. The trainer did a great job.

Just commiting on the Washer disinfectors weekly Testing training. For me it is a lot of information to take in but that is because I am not that familiar with WDs. (Thats down to my dept). However, with support of our engineer as well, I should be able to learn how to run theses test.

He knows what hes doing.
