This is a course that all DP employees should complete. The part in the morning would benefit everyone and enable them to assess their own mental health and support supervisors. Great course - professional and engaging. Thank you

I found this extremely helpful, it has certainly made me change my thought process when approaching the tough conversations around Mental Health. I aim to implement some of the things I have learnt into my daily leadership.
Really interesting and helpful input covering a range of topics to assist in my development as a new leader. The morning's session was really good for looking after our own wellbeing and I think this should be rolled out to everyone within the workforce.
Lots to think about and process. I feel middle management within the Force need to better understand the content of this course and implement it in decision making. I feel lucky to work in an office where the culture and ethos reflects the principles which support positive mental fitness.
The content of the course was well informed, extensive, educational and also relatable. The delivery of this content was made all the more interesting and engaging through the passion and energy from both Emma and Tamsen. They both have extensive knowledge on the subject matter, but also on how it relates to our experiences within the Police Service, which kept the training relevant and engaging.
Really well received informative and great interactions. Could I just ask in the future if the handouts could be sent as word documents so I could type in them with notes as we worked through that would be great :)
