From the point of view of looking after my mental health I found the morning really interesting and will hopefully use some of the suggested tools to aid me. I would recommend it to everyone. Re the afternoon and how to help our colleagues, although helpful, without being able to remove the fundamental causes of work-related stress, we are very limited in what we can do.

Great course with a lot of practical suggestions that can be embedded into every day

A superbly delivered course that provided excellent CPD and reinforced and encouraged self reflection. I learned some great tips as a leader - to start every meeting/conversation with something positive. I learned about the 3Ps and DOSE. Thoroughly enjoyed the course, thank you.

Excellent course and even though I am not a manager in my current role I can influence my learning with my colleague's and Senior leadership team and encourage and promote the tools from today and I can lead on influencing new things we can do

I really enjoyed this course. I felt all the information provided and discussed was really important and interesting! Normally teams courses can be slow and not very interactive but I really felt engaged through out and enjoyed the morning & afternoon session.

Delivery over teams is difficult with other priorities. I did enjoy the interactive parts with QR codes and so on.
