Lynne is amazing and really brought the course to life which isn't always easy when the content is set by the organisation rather than the training provider. Would highly recommend

The course was very well set out and broke down the various topics well, as a new member of staff at MVH it allowed me to learn different principles and techniques which I can adapt under different suitations and with different team members.

Really enjoyed the sessions, especially the opportunity to discuss openly and share experiences. Course was well facilitated, felt collaborative not much 'doing to' which is my learning preference
