I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The facilitator was exceptional & really engaging. There was a variety of methods and learning style used throughout the training and it was really engaging
I have found the course very interesting and it’s been nice to hear other people’s experiences when dealing with staff! I’m still amazed Lynn remembered everyone’s names from The first time of meeting us 🥰
Lynn has been very easy listen too and she has been so engaging and encouraging to learn. The course has been very well presented.
Lynne is brilliant. She remembered everyone’s name which was mind blowing. Her anecdotes brought real life examples which was useful. She was knowledgeable and funny. Full of energy. Really good course.
