Brilliant venue, course and facilitator

Great training provided very in depth and covered lots of topics which was helpful.

Sal was amazing and explained things so clearly and checked our understanding in a professional but approachable and friendly manner.

Excellent course overall. The facilitator was great at allowing me to apply the learning to my day to day tasks, thus making it more tangible. I was given ample time to practise each objective, allowing me to actually understand it. In regard to the venue Happy is great, but it isn't set up for a larger built person. it is rather difficult to close the toilet cubicle doors when you are in them. The table and chairs set up in the canteen are also very difficult to navigate through.
