Facililator was very knowledge and made sure that all attendees were engaging.

"How well did it meet your personal objectives?" I only didn't give full marks because there was a lot of info regarding things i already do. Up until now I hadn't considered myself an advanced user but in future I will avoid intermediate courses and will put myself forward for advanced courses with confidence
