I thought this course was spot on. Claire did so much for us with support from Rhyan, she made sure that we completed everything in order to get a qualification.
Claire was so patient, she really helped me to complete all of my work and inreally appreciate that!
I really enjoyed the whole thing, i respect Claire for how she handled a bad situation and dealt with an incident. I have gained a lot of knowledge in lean and manufacturing.

Claire made this enjoyable, Rhyan supported Claire delivering and he was good. There was a lot of handouts and activities that gave me a chance to learn new things.
Overall I enjoyed the course and it help me gain the skills I need to get full time employment
To conclude, I have developed my skills in manufacturing and feel more comfortable if I was to apply for any job that is relevant to the qualification.
Honestly i really enjoyed this, its wasnt all pen to paper, we did interactive quizzes, group activities and research which helped improve my knowledge.
The course over all was a great experience
