I was satisfied with the class and I found the teaching to be very good for the job and the teacher was also very good

The course was taught well and allowed people to get involved and ask questions and answer with what they think. Felt confident in the class it was good atmosphere

Billy is a good lecture who has taught the course with good detail and explanation whilst making sure we understood the course and met the requirements for the work

I loved the course and was really happy I gave it a chance and ended up really enjoying the experience and learning alot of useful information

Overall I think this course was very worth while as it has now given me more options of places of employment and the tutor in particular was excellent in including supporting every member regardless of how often the support was needed.

Billy was very supportive and provided adaptations throughout my course. I gained valuable skills and knowledge in express delivery and lean operations and management techniques. But most importantly, I gained the confidence I needed to succeed. I am grateful to Billy for his support. I would not have been able to complete this course without him.
