The course was brilliant I picked up some bad habits over the years as a door supervisor and the course has made me realise this and I know now how to improve my roll in the organisation Keith burton was very helpful and explains everything properly and I will use his advice in the future.

Great experience, amazing tutor
Brilliant course maybe to long In running times 4 day course would be ideal. Do get stuck in lessons do prepare and keep at it does rewards yourself better than leaving and not completing the course does require yourself properly to attend 1/10 sometimes does feel like it's to much information but in the end 10/10 but isn't it like that yes so brilliant well rounded course
This course was incredible with incredible tutors who tailored the learning experience to the best of their ability to ensure all knowledge was checked and understood. Would highly recommend this course for anyone that is willing to do it and highly recommend Dave Hammond and Vaughan O’sullivan as tutors
Didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I have , gave me something to do , got me even more confident to get back out into the work life , looking forward to it.
The course was fantastic Vaughan O Sullivan was a brilliant tutor really helpfull and went the extra mile. Dave was also a fantastic tutor and broke it down f9r us if we didnt understand anything.
