Jayne is a very fluffy person. Says it how it is. Straight to the point which is how I like to receive comments. Jayne needs a pay rise. I cannot thank Jayne enough for her help and support throughout this course

Very good had fun

At my S.I.A course I met a vary of different people, this includes staff,learners and instructors. Everyone was especially nice and welcoming to each other and the staff was equally respectful to one another including us learners. I can say without a doubt that it was a new, fun and brilliant experience. I had fun learning the necessary rules and skills of the trade with my instructor (stephen scott) who taught me a lot and made learning easy and full and I would recommend him to teach others. Good and informative

Today’s course was well laid out very well progressing smoothly through all categories in a relaxed but very informative manor , great job Adam.
