AI summary of reviews

The course’s strongest feature is its inclusive, supportive teaching: attendees say knowledgeable, patient trainers make complex SEND themes accessible through clear explanations, practical examples, case studies, group discussions and activities. They value the well-organised sessions, approachable guidance, easy-to-follow workbooks and opportunities to participate at a comfortable pace. The learning strengthens confidence and provides useful strategies for supporting children and families with SEND at work and in everyday life, although some find questions repetitive.

Elizabeth Armstrong is an amazing tutor. She explained things well. She's friendly and brought us quality street chocolates. Which I think was really sweet of her to do.
