Laura was brilliant, explained the theories and course really well. Let us delve into conversations and examples happening within our workplace right now, but also get involved and advise.

Overall, I felt the course was well presented and cover a good variety of topics and techniques. Whilst a lot of the areas weren't necessarily new to me, I appreciated the engaging way in which the trainers approached the topics.
