The course has been great and I feel like I’m going away with some genuinely useful tools and frameworks that I can recall in real life management situations. Laura and Darren have been really engaging and given so much helpful advice about how we can take all these skills and this knowledge forward while we continue to develop as managers/leaders. Put to use what I have learnt

I really enjoyed the course it felt a very safe space and that your voice was heard. You were able to be yourself. I learnt some really good methods and techniques that I have already used at work with successful results.

Helpful to reinforce previous learning and practice the coaching techniques to a point where I've already started trying this more informally with my team.

Good course overall. I already had done a previous 12 month leadership course, so some of the concepts were quite familiar to me which lessened the impact to some extent. However it was still useful, and I still picked up some new tools/insights.

The course was helpful and relevant, and Dan was a great tutor. The challenge is in finding the time to put the learning into practice and achieving the outcomes needed!

I feel much more confident to approach a managerial position rather than a mentor position. I think the skills and tools provided are ones that could add to my current skillset rather than add in an unnatural way that will not come across well. Laura and Dan were engaging and confident in their materials. We were not provided materials but I think that was a positive as it allowed full engagement and note taking in our own way.
