Overall, the course has been very beneficial and has helped me develop practical skills, knowledge, and confidence for the workplace. The training was well structured, and the sessions provided a good balance between theory and practical activities. I feel more prepared for employment because I now understand workplace expectations, health and safety requirements, and how to carry out tasks correctly. The trainers were supportive and explained topics clearly, which made it easier to learn.

I 100% would recommend this course to anyone who wants to gain new skills. The tutor was brilliant, friendly and she had a laugh with us. She brought a few learners out of their shells which was good to see.
