What a fantastic couple of days. Even in the hot conditions I felt it was a well delivered couple of sessions with lots of good information provided.
This was without doubt the best training session I’ve had in a very long time long time, it was how it was presented why I rate it like this. The information got across easily and also the information I needed going forward. Thank you Zoe

The session was engaging and practical, and it helped link theory to real assessing situations. I now feel more confident in understanding how to judge competence, particularly around having enough evidence and not relying on a single performance. It will support me when carrying out observations and professional discussions in practice. Ben is really helpful and easy to talk to, I look forward to apprenticeship days.

This was a really helpful session today and I feel like I learnt lots. I feel that I have really explored todays learning at a much deeper level than I have up to now and my head feels full! Which is a good thing! This has been thought provoking and I have come away with lots of areas to research and explore in more depth to continue my learning. Thank you Zoe, a great session.
