Excellent - Claire is such a caring and understanding trainer - really focused on well-being and staff development - all of the important things that we should all be focused on!

Claire has been so supportive with everyone’s needs and has adjusted accordingly through the two days away. Has been informative and I have learnt so much. Claire has challenged me with my IT skills and supported our individualities.

The hotel rooms could do with a refresh as they are dated. There were a couple of guess smoking weed on the premises this could be smelt in our area of teaching. The food was not up to the normal standard for lunch, as Wednesday's lunch was awful, dried up sandwiches, dried up salad and houmous. Thursday was a repeat of Wednesday's lunch. I think we should also be allowed to choose our meals from the bar menu as this menu has more choices and normal food. Not the posh fine dining menu. There were also lots of technical issues with the projector while we were trying to deliver our PowerPoints and while the teaching was trying to teach the class.

I feel the content should be over 3 days, as it was fast paced and I cant process information that quick. The tasks to do were quite large and needed more time to complete, especially the feedback on the presentations. It needs to be done maybe the next day or given longer as typing that fast between learners doing their presentations and giving the feedback did not work sadly for me. It is not my usual feedback I have wrote as I cant type that fast and listen at the same time at that pace. The stay at the venue was not great on this occasion. The food was stale, the same food served to us and no different options. The room was not in a good state with gashes in the walls and the toilet smashed. There was also a smell of some substance being smoked in the hallways and gardens. Not a great venue to host this type of event and especially as the company uses the venue on a continuous basis.
