Practical demonstrations and supported hands-on practice are the course’s strongest features, with attendees saying knowledgeable, patient trainers explain PMVA theory and techniques clearly, encourage participation and answer questions thoroughly. They value the focus on communication, de-escalation, safety, dignity and realistic situations, and report refreshed skills, greater confidence and clear relevance to their work. The course is engaging, well structured and easy to follow, although some find the venue cold or cramped.

Very small room, congested, practising the skills not easy,
he venue obviously as small for the number of participants. I thoroughly enjoyed the trainers method and presentation. But we would like next time for a bigger and more spacious room. Thank you
The room that was provided was not adequate to use for a lot of people next time if bigger room can be provided will be great
The room was too small to do the practicals
