The trainer delivered the PMVA session to a high standard. He was knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong understanding of the Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression principles, including both the theoretical framework and practical application.

Trainer Daniel was very thorough in teaching us the techniques. He made sure we all understood and get the all aspects of the course.
