It was a good course, one which I feel would have been better in person though. There were quite a lot of files which we will need to go through and understand, especially as we only looked at fewer than half of them during the course. If it was possible to reduce the files or combine them into a handbook with a table of contents that would make it easier to come back to rather than staring at a long list of file names and trying to figure out what is what.

Response: Thanks Cosmo and I should have picked this up with you earlier. We are in the process of creating workbooks for all our courses, for use in the 'online' environment, but Brian had made some changes to our PM course, which meant we hadn't managed to complete that particular course book. I will see about getting a copy over to you and your colleagues as soon as I can.

I didn't do the booking, I think it was good enough.

The course highlighted the need for gathering data and resources, Against the background of limited resources we do get things done ( possibly too much dependence on the individual) Some techniques and processes discussed should provide improvement in projects or better transparency in the effectiveness of the project management.

I very much appreciated the flexibility of Cosensa to meet my needs in terms of location, timing, and course contents.

We were told the course would start at 9 but on arrival at the venue we were told it started at 10. Also, we finished at lunchtime on the second day so it wasn't really a 2 day course.

Response: Hi Elissa - apologies regarding the start time, that was an administrative glitch at our end. I am sorry you felt the course was cut a little short - it should have been explained that with three people attending, the likelihood is all course material would have been easily covered within that timeframe. That said, Brian is available at any time for you if you have any follow-up questions in relation to this training - more than happy to put you in touch with him, just let me know and please do get in touch

The lunch was very good, I went to the course thinking it would be sandwiches and crisps? I was pleasantly surprised when we were taken down to the restaurant and could choose off the menu.

Coffee and quality biscuits were available most of the day - very good. The lunch was OK; sandwiches and orange juice.

Response: Thanks for feedback, Simon :) ...Regards, Laura

The training covered a wide range of areas and was focussed on our company due to us being the only delegates on the course. This was good for asking tailored questions and having examples based on our experiences but as the course was reduced to one day instead of the original two I'm not sure if we maybe missed out on more practical activities.
