This was really useful to understand how language can be a barrier such as for + we might use plus, addition etc. how we need to encourage growth mindsets which will also link to mood elevators too.

Really informative session around maths anxiety, the roots and causes of why learners have maths anxiety and how we can best support the learners overcome this. Sally was really good.

Sally was very engaging and knows her stuff. The group was very chatty which helped. Good course for new staff.
