the room was not ready for us to start training which was an unnecessary delay of waiting in reception.
Response: Hi Caroline - I am sorry about the inconvenience caused with regards the room, I did hear about it at the time and we appreciate it impacted on how your day started. Steps have been taken to update our procedures to help prevent this happening in the future
