Really informative, comprehensive training with options for follow up actions and meaningful conversations with those around you and normalising tough talks - being brave in order to help others

I think the course is great. However there is a mismatch between the training information on the slides compared to the packs issued. The packs are missing some info They are also missing great words and examples of the words used which are something that trainees wills truggle with as language is so important so examples of what and how to say it are essential

Was a difficult session however over the course of the day we were able to discuss heavy topics and be more comfortable discussing things

Thought it was a really well delivered session. Would be good to have follow ups / online recaps.
