Practical guidance for approaching suicidal thoughts and difficult conversations is the course’s strongest feature, with attendees valuing clear intervention steps, useful language and realistic applications. They describe knowledgeable, engaging trainers who handle the sensitive subject with warmth, energy and professionalism, while answering questions fully. The well-structured sessions, accessible materials and focus on recognising signs help attendees feel more informed and confident to support others at work and beyond, though some would welcome more time for discussion and reflection.
