I feel experienced in this area due to working in this field for over 20 years, however it is always benefical to have a refresher about how to deal with certain situations as indidivuals needs are increasingly more complex.
The scenario's could be improved as don't really match with what we deal with on a daily.
Ellender was lovely and supportive and a true advocate of MHFA it was a pleasure attending the course Thanks for all that you do to help keep people safe
I found the refresher course really useful as it reminded me of the steps to take , ALGEE, and also the instructors had knowledge of other resources which would be helpful.
Great refresher that consolidates previous learnings.
It was useful, however from a support worker point of view, it would be extremely useful if there was a service user example.
