Great course and would advise anyone starting out on report writing to participate lots of useful tips which will be used throughout my role.

I am happy with the training provided. I get all the answers to my questions. The trainer was well prepared and we had a telephone conversation before the meeting covering my needs and expectations. I like the fact it was a one to one session.
Well organised, communication with Nicola was great. Sandra was also very helpful during the course of the day
I thoroughly enjoyed the day, Margaret has a great delivery style, her credibility assuring me that I would take away some new skills. I would wholeheartedly recommend this course and Margaret should be top of the list as the facilitator to send. I'm still not sure I can get my head round the sentence.... None of the employees was hurt.! Thanks :)
