I really enjoyed. I just wish we could’ve extended the weeks more, to spend more time with the group and the tutor. Thank you so much for all the information you’ve given me. I highly recommend for everybody to join the training programme.

Really enjoyed this course as it’s given me knowledge on what signs to look for in individuals and how to help in a crisis.

Good delivery of the course and overall knowledge gained was good. Made me more aware of how to deal with situations and made me think more about the approach to mental health in general.
