It was a great experience to get training through Health and safety. Mr Omer is incredible tutor. I like the overall programme but there was a problem with manikin blood flow, it seemed like clogged veins, mr Omer tried to clean but only two were able to bleed while placing on the floor. Otherwise it was very knowledgeable.
Make the training easy for people to understand and trainee was approachable to explain. Took his time in explaining, friendly and helpful.

The handouts would have been better in colour
Trainer was very knowledgeable and engaging explaining everything really well and making sure everyone was confident
