Very informative and helpful .

Quality Management System is so vital in my job and the course helped me understand and encouraged me to be more productive and effective in delivering the demands and wants of customers and the department.

As an experienced technician I found some of the content a little basic. Overall it was well presented, engaging and very well manageable by being broken down into the modules.

The course delivery is very explicit and widened my knowledge of QMS.
