Great trainer - interactive, engaging, fun and relevant! Loved meeting colleagues from other companies/organisations
Brilliant and through course which was made easy to understand and rally relevant!!!
Great return to learning for me, thank you so much. Enjoyed the day and reminded me what I have learned already previously on the programme
I felt Relaxed throughout and was able to absorb the content through discussing the material with each other
It's been a pleasure to be on this Module today, to get main highlights on the topic, to reflect the practice at work, as well as having practical exercises in groups.
I think the speaker, Niki, was excellent. They gave space for us to speak and think, which made it more interesting. The presentation was clear and relevant to us. The group activities helped me see more practice and situational examples.
Niki was great and made what could have potentially been a dry subject, really interesting and engaging.
