The Leadership and Management Apprenticeship has been designed for practicing middle managers or those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills. The apprenticeship has a strong focus on the development of the individual’s personal capabilities and competencies. The programme is approximately 22 months and is a mix of face 2 face workshops, one 2 one coaching, and online learning blended with workplace development.
