The course’s trainers bring challenging topics to life through knowledgeable, approachable delivery, real-world examples and clear explanations. Attendees value the balance of theory, reflection and practical activities, especially breakout discussions that share perspectives from different organisations. They find the sessions engaging, well structured and generally easy to follow, with useful models and ideas to apply at work and in assignments. Some say the amount of content or breakout activity can feel heavy, suggesting a more streamlined pace.

Great session which was really informative, enjoyable and time went quickly. The delivery of the trainer was perfect, making me feel at ease and safe to answer questions.
Brilliant, as always, Jason a great instructor.
Jason was great, very informative and helped to direct where certain topics discussed would sit within the assignment which was very helpful. Jason's additional slides were very helpful and informative as well thank you!
