Apprehensive when joining the session however, Emily was lovely, friendly, and put me at ease from the moment the meeting started. Emily supplied all the information needed, explained it all very well and delivered the content at a speed that we could all navigate and find the information on the platforms at the same time the presentation was being delivered. Giving another layer of reassurance that I will have support thought-out the duration of my apprenticeship.

Really insightful Enjoyed it refreshed my current knowledge and learnt new information in the process

Pat was exceptional in delivery of the workshop, he created space for conversation and made me feel relaxed and confident to participate.

It’s was a good day , a lot of information to take at once but it was explained well and the trainer was friendly .
