Really enjoyed the course and tone of it, lots of engaging group activities and moving around to keep ourselves focused

Really good and enjoyable. The paired workshops were a little bit too cosy and long. But it was a great session. Really enjoyed it and have learnt lots. Feel really prepared for the work book and to apply this.
