Great session, however slight barrier is some individuals won't wear headsets which leads to feedback, not an issue just something that impacts.
Personally , i didn't learn much new content . The theories were interesting but i do a lot of what was discussed in my day to day role anyway.
I learnt a lot and will definitely be applying these in practise.
The workshop really exceeded my expectations! Verity was wonderful and I found the content genuinely relevant and applicable.
