Day went in really fast and was easy to follow, mark was a great facilitator and kept me engaged

Great workshop, a little much of stories and personal achievements from coach prefer not as much. Also didn't like being put on the spot by trainer to answer questions as that isnt relevant to me taking in the information needed.

Exciting start, a lot of information to start but good to have had the workshop

Fantastic speaker, very warm and engaging. Interesting anecdotes and relatable life experiences but didn’t just speak about himself - looked to us to give real world examples.
