Lovely friendly coach, instantly was put at ease despite being incredibly nervous. Feel a lot more confident knowing what to expect next week.
Apprehensive when joining the session however, Emily was lovely, friendly, and put me at ease from the moment the meeting started. Emily supplied all the information needed, explained it all very well and delivered the content at a speed that we could all navigate and find the information on the platforms at the same time the presentation was being delivered. Giving another layer of reassurance that I will have support thought-out the duration of my apprenticeship.
