Emily is a great trainer and is very approachable and motivational. She delivered the session excellently and has helped to inform and ease our minds regarding our final activities.

The day went well and there were lots of room to communicate and speak our opinions in the class. The trainer was amazing and thought provoking so i thoroughly enjoyed it.
