Excellent.

I am glad l came, because l learned new things.It was worth it.

Annie was brilliant, there was no messing with some candidates using their phones and also a couple of candidates definitely shouldn’t have been on the course, they couldn’t speak any English and they were very inappropriate in their responses but Annie recognised that and asked them to leave. Excellent way to make sure the right staff look after patients in the future. I’d like to only be trained by her in the future.

Best of the best training I have ever had with CSTF. The trainer was so awesome. Demonstrated every single area needed to be demonstrated.
