CSTF (All in One Day) Mandatory Training Reviews

Venue had no windows or daylight or ventilation and we were in there from 9.30 to 5.30. No lunch break until 1.45 for 20 mins. Not conducive for learning. Natalie talked too much on H & S act at the start so skipped over safeguarding and E & D. She ran out of time so the end of the morning and afternoon felt rushed.

75% of this course has no relevance to moving and handling in a care home , community support or supported living There was no stand aid , toilet seats, profiling bed , wall nothing g relevant to a moving and handling skill set apart from about 30 minutes of hoist training . The trainer was great and delivered the content well

Very knowledgeable and very good teacher he knows his job
