Venue very cold. Heating was on but not working properly. Trainer thought GDPR but she threw confidential paper details of partipants in an open food waste bin. I picked up the confidential information from the bin and gave it to the trainer and she discarded it properly.

The course was well structured.

Lovely time with Sue, comes to her as naturally as grass grows.

The training session was informative, well-structured, and delivered in a clear and engaging manner.
