Stephen’s presentation style was dynamic and encouraging to get participants involved, great memory for names of participants noted. Obvious great knowledge and experience bursting with enthusiasm.
Paul was amazing! The training was very informative and full of content. We had the opportunity to practice on the manequim. However, the venue needs to provide a drinking water, that’s the only downside.
