Helpful refresher day brief
We were overcrowded in the room and some people asked to sit on the floor. The trainer referred to the seniors of the group as “Oldies “. She respected people according to their position in the workplace and disrespected others.
The trainer was absolutely wonderful, engaging, and very interactive throughout the training. I have attended similar training sessions in the past, but I can honestly say that I have never gained this level of knowledge and understanding from a training session before. What made this training particularly valuable was the way the trainer explained each topic clearly and practically. He took his time to break down complex concepts into simple, understandable points and encouraged participation, questions, and discussions. This interactive approach made the training much more engaging and helped me understand and retain the information far better. I especially appreciated the trainer's knowledge, patience, and ability to create an environment where everyone felt comfortable participating. The practical examples and clear explanations made the learning experience meaningful and relevant. Overall, this was an excellent training experience, and I am genuinely grateful for the knowledge and skills I gained. I would highly recommend this training to others and would be very happy to attend similar sessions with this trainer in the future.
